From time to time you may end up with unwanted medicines. This might be because your medication has changed or you have not used as much of the medicine as was expected, or any other reason.
Under the NHS rules, you are not permitted to access our pharmacy in person to return these medicines. Instead, you must contact us by phone and we will discuss with you the best process for returning your medicines to us.
It is possible that we may need to send you special packaging for returning your medicines. Moreover, there are some things that we are not permitted to accept due to health and safety regulations.
It is important to note that you can return unwanted medicines to any pharmacy; not just the pharmacy that you received them from.
